本试验进行了醋栗,树莓等浆果的小型加工,摸索出制作醋栗、树酶果汁、果酱及醋栗果脯等主要加工品的简易工艺流程。所制产品色香味均佳。
This experiment conducted a small processing of berries such as gooseberry and raspberry and explored the simple process of making the main processed products such as currant, tree enzyme juice, jam and currant preserved fruit. The color and flavor of the products are good.
