一、电子阅览室的建设1．引进和配套必要的管理软件电子阅览室的设备配置应选择具有良好的扩展性与兼容性的设备,分阶段投资建设,逐步升级改进。第一阶段完成光盘电子出版物的多媒体阅读;第二阶段完成网上批处理查询检索,开展咨询服务;第三阶段完成联网查询服务。所有这些设备配置都应当结合使用该电子阅览室的读者特点,充分论证其科学性、实用性,这样才能以最小的代价获得较高的服务管理水平,保证电子信息系统的充分利用。
