利用快速相变仪、X射线应力分析仪、MTS材料试验机等设备,对经不同温度时效处理的05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb试样测量逆变奥氏体体积分数,分析605℃时效处理时不同保温时间下逆变奥氏体体积分数的变化,研究拉伸变形情况下逆变奥氏体体积分数变化情况.结果表明:在未超过材料Ac1情况下,逆变奥氏体体积分数随着时效温度的升高而增加,超过Ac1情况下,时效处理冷却过程中发生马氏体转变,逆变奥氏体体积分数反而降低;605℃时效处理情况下,逆变奥氏体体积分数随着保温时间延长先增加后减少,含量增加过程中逆变奥氏体析出行为符合JMA动力学方程;逆变奥氏体在变形过程中发生相变,其变形前后逆变奥氏体体积分数比值的对数值与真应变存在较好的线性关系.
