扬中市某观光塔建筑造型新颖独特,集旅游观光、展览、休闲等功能于一体。为了达到安全、经济的目标,结构选型必须恰当合理,并力求简洁。本文对该观光塔结构设计阶段的相关问题进行了研究,例如选取复杂二次相贯焊接节点进行有限元计算,分析比较了不同加劲形式对其刚度以及极限承载力的影响;对鱼尾部施工过程进行分析,得出不同施工阶段下胎架的受力变化规律。通过介绍观光塔的结构选型以及设计中的要点、难点,希望为今后类似结构的设计提供参考。
Yangzhong City, a tower of unique architectural style, set tourism, exhibitions, leisure and other functions in one. In order to achieve the goal of safety and economy, the structure selection must be reasonable and reasonable and should be concise. In this paper, the related problems in the structural design stage of the tower were studied. For example, the joints of complex quadratic cross-over were selected for finite element analysis. The influence of different stiffening forms on their stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity was analyzed. After analysis, the law of force variation of the tire frame under different construction stages is obtained. By introducing the structural selection of the tower and the key points and difficulties in the design, I hope to provide reference for the design of similar structures in the future.
