让辩论教学回归课堂

《中学语文教学大纲》对高中学生说话能力的要求是“能就某一问题进行辩论,观点明确,思路清晰,有一定的说服力”。可惜在目前的教学中,辩论教学普遍不被重视,反而有“渐行渐远”的趋势。原因固然很多,但根本的还是对辩论在语文教学中的地位与意义认识不足。与其让学生绞尽脑汁写一篇令他们“闻风丧胆”的枯燥的议论文,倒不如举行一场别开生面的辩论赛,既培养了他们独立多角度思考问题的能力,又可锻炼他们的口语表达能力,引发学习语文的兴趣,可谓一举多得。 The requirement of “high school language syllabus” for high school students’ ability to speak is “able to debate a certain issue, have a clear view, have a clear idea and have some persuasion”. Rather than having students rack their brains to write a boring essay that “freaks out,” it would be better to hold a unique debating contest that not only fostered their ability to think independently of one another but also exercise their spoken language The ability to express one’s mind and stimulate one’s ability to learn Chinese can be described as one stroke.
