一、前言钕是制造镁—钕合金的重要稀土原料,是航空工业和各工业部门制造耐高温材料的重要添加剂。生产钕稀土原料,一般采用离子交换法,它虽可得到较高纯度的钕,但产量低,成本高。自萃取法兴起后,国内外正在研究用萃取法取代离子交换法生产钕及其富集物(富钕),因为它具有处理量大、生产连续、成本低等优点。
I. INTRODUCTION Neodymium is an important rare earth raw material for making magnesium-neodymium alloy and is an important additive for the aerospace industry and various industrial sectors in the manufacture of high temperature resistant materials. Production of rare earth neodymium materials, the general use of ion exchange method, although it can get higher purity neodymium, but low yield and high cost. Since the rise of extraction, domestic and foreign countries are studying the production of neodymium and its enrichment (neodymium-rich) by extraction instead of ion exchange because of its advantages of large capacity, continuous production and low cost.
