在头孢噻肟钠溶析结晶过程中,容易发生胶凝。为了控制结晶过程,避免胶凝,使用在线技术考察了3种晶种以及超声波对头孢噻肟钠结晶过程的影响。结果表明,晶种不仅影响产品的粒度分布和晶习,还会影响产品收率以及纯度。研磨晶种能够有效促进成核,显著消耗过饱和度,从而抑制胶凝的发生,促进头孢噻肟钠结晶。超声波也能起到促进成核的作用。研磨晶种的比表面积较大且表面粗糙是其有效诱导头孢噻肟钠结晶的重要因素。
In cefotaxime sodium crystallization process, prone to gelation. In order to control the crystallization process and avoid gelation, the effects of three kinds of seeds and the ultrasonic wave on the crystallization process of cefotaxime sodium were investigated using online technology. The results show that seed crystals not only affect the product size distribution and crystallization, but also affect product yield and purity. Grinding seeds can effectively promote nucleation, significant consumption of supersaturation, thereby inhibiting the occurrence of gelation and promote the crystallization of cefotaxime sodium. Ultrasound can also play a role in promoting nucleation. The larger specific surface area and the rough surface of the ground seeds are important factors in inducing the crystallization of cefotaxime sodium.
