本文研究了铁(Ⅲ)与对碘偶氮氯膦的显色反应,在0.08NHCl-0.08NHClO_4介质中,铁(Ⅲ)与显色剂生成蓝色络合物,在波长682nm处有最大吸收峰。普通光度法的摩尔吸光系数ε_(682)=4.3×10~4;如采用双波长法,其摩尔吸光系数ε_双=9.1×10~4。铁(Ⅲ)含量在20μg/25ml以下符合比耳定律。摩尔比Fe(Ⅲ):CP~pI=1:2。该方法可应用于合金、人发、血液及水等样品中微量铁的测定,方法灵敏、准确、快速、简便。
In this paper, the color reaction of iron (Ⅲ) with p-chlorophosphonazo-phosphine was studied. In the 0.08NHCl-0.08NHClO_4 medium, the iron (Ⅲ) complexed with the chromogenic reagent to produce a blue complex with maximum absorption at 682nm peak. The molar absorptivity ε_ (682) = 4.3 × 10 ~ 4 of the common photometric method. The molar absorptivityε_bis = 9.1 × 10 ~ 4 if using the dual wavelength method. Beer’s law is obeyed when iron (Ⅲ) content is under 20μg / 25ml. The molar ratio of Fe (Ⅲ): CP ~ pI = 1: 2. The method can be applied to the determination of trace iron in samples such as alloy, human hair, blood and water, and the method is sensitive, accurate, rapid and simple.
