以电机机座铸件(材质为HT200)进行研究,通过FT-star软件对流动场和温度场的模拟,对所得结果进行分析,提出两种优化方案,通过进一步模拟得出“中间浇注”的优化方案具有可行性。
Based on the simulation of flow field and temperature field by FT-star software, the castings of the motor frame (made of HT200) were studied. The results were analyzed and two optimization schemes were proposed. Through further simulation, The optimization program is feasible.
