目的探讨缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿心肌酶谱的改变与新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病程度的关系。方法总结我院94例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的患儿心肌酶谱的改变。结果 HIE患儿急性期随着病情加重,心肌酶谱水平逐渐升高,轻、中、重度HIE组比较差异有统计学意义。结论心肌损害重者,脑损伤程度相对较重,遗留神经系统后遗症的可能性越大。
Objective To investigate the relationship between neonatal myocardial enzymogram changes and the degree of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods The changes of myocardial enzymes in 94 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in our hospital were summarized. Results HIE children with acute exacerbations, myocardial enzyme levels gradually increased, mild, moderate and severe HIE group was statistically significant difference. Conclusions Severe myocardial injury, brain damage is relatively heavy, the greater the possibility of leaving the nervous system sequelae.
