目的:探讨多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统对于肿瘤诊断的临床应用价值。方法:使用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测仪检测46例健康体检者、63例已知的各期各种肿瘤患者和39例良性疾病患者的12种肿瘤标志物。结果:63例肿瘤患者中,51例结果异常,阳性率为80.95%,显著高于健康体检者与良性疾病患者(P<0.05)。被检测46例健康体检者中,一项以上超出参考值范围的结果有9例,占19.57%。结论:多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统具有较高灵敏度和特异性,对肿瘤的早期诊断具有一定的价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of multi-tumor marker protein chip detection system for clinical diagnosis of tumors. METHODS: Twelve tumor markers were detected in 46 healthy subjects, 63 known cancer patients of various stages, and 39 patients with benign disease using the multi-tumor marker protein chip detector. Results: Out of 63 cancer patients, 51 cases were abnormal, with a positive rate of 80.95%, which was significantly higher than those of healthy subjects and benign diseases (P <0.05). Of the 46 healthy subjects who were examined, 9 (19.57%) had one or more of the results that exceeded the reference range. Conclusion: The multi-tumor marker protein chip detection system has high sensitivity and specificity, which is of certain value in the early diagnosis of tumors.
