翅片盘管空气冷却器(水冷)在空调系统中有着广泛的应用。当盘管仅有冷却功能时,称为干工况;当兼有冷却和除湿功能时,称为湿工况。在湿工况时,同时存在热、质交换,热工性能计算十分复杂。因此国内外暖通工作者发表了大量分析研究文章[1][2][4][5][6][8][9][10][11][12][13]。本文在分析实测数据的基础上,提出一种简便,准确的计算翅片盘管在湿工况时热工性能的新方法——ε_c-BF法。
Finned coil air coolers (water cooled) have a wide range of applications in air conditioning systems. When the coil only cooling function, known as dry conditions; when both cooling and dehumidification functions, known as wet conditions. In wet conditions, the existence of heat and mass exchange, thermal performance calculation is very complicated. Therefore, domestic and international HVAC workers published a large number of analytical research articles [1] [2] [4] [5] [6] [8] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13]. Based on the analysis of the measured data, a simple and accurate method for calculating the thermal performance of finned-coil coils in wet condition-εc-BF method is proposed.
