随着人类基因组计划的完成以及基因检测技术的快速发展,对疾病基因水平的检测分析成为近年的热点。有研究发现, BTNL 2基因多态性与结节病、骨关节炎等多种疾病发病相关,在冠状动脉性疾病、结核病易感性方面可能有非常重要的作用。该文将对近年关于 BTNL 2基因与相关疾病的研究进行综述。
