数字化检测是保障机翼部件装配质量的关键技术之一。为了快速准确地获得机翼外形的形面装配质量数据,采用了一种基于CAD的非接触形面误差检测方法,针对翼类曲面误差计算研究了快速算法,开发了相应的检测程序。该方法可以快速准确地计算翼面形状误差,并实现误差分布的直观色彩显示。
Digital testing is one of the key technologies to ensure the assembly quality of wing components. In order to quickly and accurately obtain the surface profile quality of the wing profile, a CAD-based non-contact surface error detection method is adopted. A fast algorithm is developed for calculating the wing surface error and a corresponding detection procedure is developed. The method can calculate the shape error of airfoil rapidly and accurately and realize the visual color display of error distribution.
