目前中国大学生就业难问题已成为社会关注的一个热点话题。大学生就业难固然有多方面的问题,但其所持的不良择业心理是影响其就业的一个重要因素。不良择业心理主要矛盾心理、依赖心理、自卑心理等10种,而社会因素、就业机制不完善因素、学校的人才培养体系不合理因素及大学生自身因素等是产生这些不良心理误区的主要原因。因此需提高大学生的综合能力和竞争力、引导大学生树立正确的职业观、做好大学生就业心理辅导和教育、重视大学生实践技能的培养、加强大学生就业指导和心理咨询部门的建设等来调整大学生择业心理误区。
