针对航天紧固件企业的生产特点,提出了适应航天紧固件企业的生产模式——柔性单元。以数控车床为集合,根据具体产品工艺和工时分配车床,形成加工单元,单元并随着任务的结束而解散。本文首先描述了航天紧固件企业柔性单元重组的流程。然后,描述了如何根据工艺、工时分配车床,形成加工单元,并建立数学模型。最后,采用某航天紧固件的实际案例运用到模型中,并用Lingo软件进行求解,得到零件排产的甘特图。该生产模式在某航天紧固件企业运用成功,并可以复制到其他生产特点类似的企业中。
According to the production characteristics of aerospace fastener enterprises, a flexible unit is proposed to meet the production mode of aerospace fastener enterprises.
