以7个粳稻品种和4个籼稻品种为材料,分析了稻米加工品质和外观品质在江苏省不同生态地区间的差异及其变化特征。结果显示,不同的水稻品种对不同生态环境的适应性存在着差异,并有强弱之分;粳稻的加工品质根据其品种类型的不同,在不同稻区有不同的表现,籼稻的加工品质在江苏中北部地区表现较好;粳稻品种的外观品质在江苏中部里下河稻区较优,籼稻品种的外观品质则以纬度较高的地区较优。
Taking 7 japonica rice varieties and 4 indica rice varieties as materials, the differences and the changing characteristics of processing quality and appearance quality of rice in different ecological regions of Jiangsu Province were analyzed. The results showed that different varieties of rice have different adaptability to different ecological environments and have the strength and weakness. The processing quality of japonica rice has different performance in different rice regions according to the different types of japonica rice. The processing quality of indica rice is in the range of The north-central Jiangsu Province performed well. The appearance quality of japonica rice varieties was better in Lixiahe rice area in central Jiangsu Province, while the appearance quality of indica rice varieties was superior in latitude areas.
