研究乌龙茶对被动吸烟小鼠运动能力的影响。将30只昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为对照组、被动吸烟组、吸烟用茶组,每组10只。被动吸烟组和吸烟用茶组每天被动吸烟2次,每次1h(6支/h)连续21d;吸烟用茶组同时饮用乌龙茶茶汤,对照组和被动吸烟组饮水。第22d进行力竭游泳试验,后断头采血,测定血尿素氮(BUN)、血乳酸(BLA)、血红蛋白(Hb)含量,称量脾、胸腺重量并计算脾脏、胸腺指数。与被动吸烟组比较,乌龙茶可显著延长小鼠的力竭游泳时间(P<0.05);降低BUN、Hb和BLA含量(P<0.05);但对胸腺指数和脾脏指数影响不大(P>0.05)。乌龙茶能改善与运动能力相关的一些生理指标,显著提高被动吸烟小鼠的运动能力。
To study the effect of oolong tea on exercise ability of passive smoking mice. Thirty Kunming male mice were randomly divided into control group, passive smoking group and smoking group with 10 mice in each group. The passive smoking group and the smoking tea group were passively smoked twice a day for 1h (6 sticks / h) for 21 consecutive days respectively. In the smoking group, oolong tea was also consumed while the control group and the passive smoking group. The rats were subjected to exhaustive swimming test on the 22th day. After decapitation, the blood samples were taken for determination of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), blood lactic acid (BLA) and hemoglobin (Hb). Spleen and thymus weights were weighed and spleen and thymus index were calculated. Compared with passive smoking group, oolong tea significantly prolonged exhaustive swimming time (P <0.05), reduced BUN, Hb and BLA levels (P <0.05), but had little effect on thymus index and spleen index (P> 0.05 ). Oolong tea can improve some physical indicators related to exercise capacity, significantly improve the passive smoking mice’s exercise capacity.
