本文报道１例长春瑞宾治疗复发转移乳癌的结果，剂量４０ｍｇ／次，１次／ｗｋ，４ｗｋ后，肺转移和骨转移部分缓解；不良反应为白细胞下降和静脉炎。大量稀释后静脉滴注可减轻静脉炎的发生。
This article reported a case of vinorelbine treatment of recurrent metastatic breast cancer results, the dose of 40mg / time, 1 / wk, 4wk after partial metastasis of lung metastasis and bone metastasis; adverse reactions for white blood cell decline and phlebitis. A large amount of intravenous infusion can reduce the occurrence of phlebitis.
