目的 了解医学生心理健康状况 ,为心理健康教育提供依据。方法 采用症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )对郴州医专 5 2 6名在校学生进行调查研究。结果 学生各因子分均高于全国常模 ,其中强迫、人际关系、抑郁、敌对、偏执五因子差异有显著性意义 ;男生除恐怖因子外 ,各项因子分均高于我校女生 ,其中躯体化、焦虑、敌对、恐怖四因子差异有显著性意义。结论 我校医学生心理健康不适主要表现在强迫、人际关系、抑郁、敌对以及偏执五因子 ,男生心理健康不适状况高于女生。
Objective To understand the mental health status of medical students and provide the basis for mental health education. Methods A total of 526 students from Chenzhou Medical College were investigated by SCL - 90. Results There were significant differences among the five factors in the scores of students’ coercion, interpersonal relationship, depression, hostility and paranoid. The factors of male students except terrorists were higher than that of girls in our school, There were significant differences in the four factors of change, anxiety, hostility and terror. Conclusions The mental health discomfort of medical students in our university is mainly manifested in the factors of coercion, interpersonal relationship, depression, hostility and paranoid. The mental health discomfort of boys is higher than that of girls.
