该文研究了以硅藻土及颗粒硅藻土作为吸附剂处理油田采出水生化废水的可行性。结果表明:一级硅藻土及硅藻精土对COD的最佳吸附时间均为60 min;一级硅藻土对COD的去除率约为29.3%,最佳投加量为300 mg/L;硅藻精土对COD的去除率为40.6%,最佳投加量为200 mg/L。经1 000~1 200℃灼烧所得颗粒硅藻土对COD有较强的吸附效果,经处理后的油田采出水可达到一级A标准。颗粒硅藻土饱和后经500~600℃灼烧2 h可实现有效再生,在同样进水条件下出水可达一级B标准。颗粒硅藻土对难降解有机物质吸附性能良好,装置出水中丙酮、二氯甲烷、甲苯、正十一烷、四氯化碳、苯等含量均小于1μg/L。
This paper studied the feasibility of using diatomite and particulate diatomite as adsorbents to treat biodegradable wastewater from oilfields. The results showed that the optimal adsorption time of COD for first grade diatomite and diatomite was 60 min. The removal rate of COD from first grade diatomite was about 29.3% and the best dosage was 300 mg / L ; Diatomite COD removal rate of 40.6%, the best dosage of 200 mg / L.
