外加电流阴极保护(ICCP)技术是有效的舰船、桥梁防腐方法。本文主要介绍舰船阴极保护实时监测系统的设计,主要涉及人机接口和数据存储两方面。人机界面部分通过迪文彩色触摸屏和阴极保护系统测控板ARM芯片LCP2138串口相接,通过Modbus远程终端协议实现阴极保护系统与arm处理器的通信,实现基于串口触摸屏的实时在线监测。实时数据基于LPC2138与RS485通信接口存储在实时数据库中,可通过触摸屏实时显示,也可存储在外部SD卡或U盘中。初步测试结果表明,该系统实现了阴极保护系统的远程控制监测。设计方案总体合理,运行可靠。
Applied current cathodic protection (ICCP) technology is an effective method of ship and bridge corrosion protection. This paper mainly introduces the design of ship cathode protection real-time monitoring system, mainly related to man-machine interface and data storage. Human-machine interface part through Diwen color touch screen and the cathode protection system control board ARM chip LCP2138 serial interface, through the Modbus remote terminal protocol to achieve cathodic protection system and arm processor communication, real-time online monitoring based on serial touch screen. Real-time data is stored in real-time database based on LPC2138 and RS485 communication interface, real-time display through the touch screen, can also be stored in an external SD card or U disk. Preliminary test results show that the system to achieve a cathodic protection system for remote control and monitoring. The overall design is reasonable, reliable operation.
