针对智能对线器工作过程略显冗余的问题,提出了在智能对线器基础上设计一个语音通信系统。对语音编码技术MELP(混合激励线性预测编码)进行了详细的阐述,并提出了开方变平方的优化运算,而且开创性的采用了三电平中心削波法对基音提取算法进行优化,使之保证语音质量的前提下,大大降低运算量,提高语音传输系统的稳定性。MATLAB仿真分析和语音测试的结果表明,智能对线器语音传输系统能够快速、准确的实现语音传输。
Aiming at the problem that the working process of intelligent liners is slightly redundant, a voice communication system based on smart liners is proposed. The MELP (Hybrid Excitation Linear Predictive Coding) algorithm for speech coding is described in detail, and an optimization operation of square root of square root of square root is proposed. The method of three-level center clipping is adopted to optimize the pitch extraction algorithm. Under the premise of ensuring the voice quality, the operation amount is greatly reduced, and the stability of the voice transmission system is improved. The results of MATLAB simulation analysis and voice test show that the intelligent line transmitter voice transmission system can realize voice transmission quickly and accurately.
