本文采用企业个案调查的方法,通过资料查阅、数据收集,弄清企业近10年来人均产值变化、技术员与操作工之比的变化,以及中高职毕业学生从操作工到技术员岗位的平均年限等基础性“实情”;通过人物访谈、事件追踪,弄清这些数据变化的原因。在此基础上,得出中职人才培养目标、课程结构体系、课堂教学模式需要重构的结论,并结合2012—2015年的教学改革实践,提出了中职教育人才培养目标结构、课程结构、教学模式的“精细化”设计的操作路径和“制度化”实践的具体操作办法。
