通过四年(1979~1982)对春小麦根系联合固氮的研究认为: 1.不同小麦品种根系固氮活性相差250~450倍。土壤有机质和全氮含量可提高小麦根系固氮活性,在小麦抽穗—扬花期可测出根系固氮活性的明显差异。通过有性杂交可以提高某些亲本杂交后代根系固氮活性8~10倍。为有效地在农业上应用联合固氮作用,在杂交育种中应考虑亲本和杂交后
Through four years (1979 ~ 1982) on the spring wheat root nitrogen fixation that: 1. Different varieties of wheat nitrogen fixation activity difference of 250 to 450 times. The contents of soil organic matter and total nitrogen could increase the nitrogen fixation activity in wheat roots. The significant difference in root nitrogen fixation activity could be detected at heading-flowering stage. Sexual crossbreeding can increase the nitrogen fixation activity of root in some parents to 8-10 times. In order to effectively apply the combined effect of nitrogen fixation in agriculture, parents and crossbreeding should be considered in crossbreeding
