随着宁夏地方经济的快速发展,银川河东机场运输生产进入高速增长期,这给空管的安全运行保障带来了前所未有的挑战。由于银川进近管制区使用的是程序管制手段,调配间隔大,容易造成飞行冲突和航班延误。除了人员素质、设施设备、管理水平等方面的因素外,飞行程序设计的不合理也限制了银川进近保障能力的进一步提高。本文对银川进近管制区内的飞行程序现状进行分析,提出优化飞行程序的设想,并对其操作性进行分析,希望对类似的管制区有借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of local economy in Ningxia, transport and production of Yinchuan Hedong Airport has entered a period of rapid growth, which has brought unprecedented challenges to the safe operation of air traffic control. As Yinchuan approach control zone is the use of procedural controls, deployment intervals, likely to cause flight conflicts and flight delays. In addition to personnel quality, facilities and equipment, management level and other factors, the irrational design of flight procedures also limits the further improvement of Yinchuan approach support capability. This paper analyzes the current situation of flight procedure in the approach control area of Yinchuan, puts forward the idea of optimizing the flight procedure and analyzes its operability, hoping to have reference significance for similar control area.
