词汇是构成语言不可缺少的建筑材料。在大学英语学习中,词汇的习得和掌握都是至关重要的。近年来,认知语言学理论研究的兴起对大学英语词汇教学产生了一定的启示。本文将认知语言学理论中的原型范畴理论、概念隐喻理论、象似性理论以及概念整合理论应用到大学英语词汇教学中,旨在提出更加符合人类认知规律的词汇教学方法,帮助学生掌握更为有效的词汇学习方法。
Vocabulary is indispensable to the construction of language building materials. In college English learning, vocabulary acquisition and mastery are all crucial. In recent years, the rise of cognitive linguistics theory has some enlightenment on college English vocabulary teaching. In this paper, the theory of prototype category theory, conceptual metaphor theory, iconicity theory and concept integration theory in cognitive linguistics theory is applied to the teaching of college English vocabularies. The purpose of this article is to propose a vocabulary teaching method that is more in line with the laws of human cognition and help students master More effective vocabulary learning method.
