知识是企业核心竞争力的来源,决定了企业在市场中的竞争优势和竞争地位。知识和知识转移活动嵌入在社会网络关系之中,受到社会网络的约束。本文探讨了社会网络的关系要素、结构要素和社会资本对隐性知识转移的影响。在社会网络中,强联结有利于群体内部的隐性知识转移;弱联结作为信息桥,有知识获取优势,能扩大隐性知识转移范围;结构洞则控制着两端的隐性知识转移;社会资本通过促进人与人的频繁交流,形成非正式组织,实现隐性知识的有效转移。明确了这些关系,企业和个人就可以通过改善网络关系和结构,解决隐性知识转移的困难。
Knowledge is the source of the core competitiveness of an enterprise and determines the competitive advantage and competitive position of the enterprise in the market. Knowledge and knowledge transfer activities are embedded in social network relationships and are constrained by social networks. This article explores the relationship between social networks elements, structural elements and social capital on the impact of tacit knowledge transfer. In social networks, strong linkages are beneficial to tacit knowledge transfer within groups.
