When interviewing Zhao Jun, headmaster of the Beijing Music and Dance School, he happened to meet with a speech in which he was revising school activities, during which time he replaced many official terms with ordinary ones instead. Zhao Jun explained that “I want to teach my students and communicate with them like a father and an elder, not just principals.” The Principal Must Have a General Demeanor Everyone likes to call President Zhao Jun Zhao school, quite a general feeling. There is no reason to think of such appellations. To lead more than 700 teachers and students, there is no point in how the style and demeanor of the generals should go. This kind of grace and demeanor may be closely related to his experiences.
