本研究观察了40只自主呼吸的麻醉开胸家兔,吸入不同浓度二氧化碳混合气时,对急性低氧性肺动脉升压反应的影响。发现吸入气中二氧化碳浓度增加可加强低氧性肺动脉收缩压升压反应,但却减低了低氧性肺动脉舒张压的升压反应。本文对出现这些变化的可能机制作了初步的讨论,认为二氧化碳对家肺兔血管可能表现扩张效应。
In this study, 40 spontaneously breathing anesthetized thoracotomy rabbits were used to investigate the effect of different concentrations of carbon dioxide inhalation on acute hypoxic pulmonary hypertension. Found that increased carbon dioxide inhalation gas concentration can enhance hypoxic pulmonary artery systolic blood pressure response, but reduced hypoxia pulmonary vasodilation pressure response. This article made a preliminary discussion of possible mechanisms for these changes and concluded that carbon dioxide may exert a dilative effect on blood vessels of domestic rabbits.
