采用基于高分辨率遥感影像的目视判读方法开展震害房屋损毁协同研判,能够可靠地获取地震房屋损毁信息,以支持地震应急救援和救灾救助决策。准确度量协同研判生成的损毁评估结果中存在的冲突,是冲突检测与消减的关键步骤。针对协同研判过程中存在的语义冲突、属性冲突和几何冲突等问题,在利用空间叠置分析实现语义冲突消解的基础上,根据信息熵的原理,提出了属性冲突指数、几何冲突指数和综合冲突指数对属性和几何冲突进行可靠的定量化描述。实验分析表明,该综合冲突指数能够可靠地度量房屋损毁评估结果中存在的冲突。
Using visual interpretation method based on high-resolution remote sensing images to carry out coordinated damage assessment of houses, it is possible to obtain information on earthquake damage of houses and to support earthquake emergency rescue and disaster relief planning. The accurate measurement of the conflict in the damage assessment result generated by the collaborative assessment is the key step in conflict detection and reduction. Aiming at the problems of semantic conflict, attribute conflict and geometric conflict in the process of collaborative judgment, based on the principle of information entropy, this paper proposes the method of spatial overlap analysis to solve the problem of semantic conflict resolution. According to the principle of information entropy, this paper proposes attribute conflict index, geometric conflict index and comprehensive conflict Indexes provide a reliable quantitative description of attributes and geometric conflicts. Experimental analysis shows that this comprehensive conflict index can reliably measure the conflicts existing in the results of house damage assessment.
