目的:通过肾脏超声及肾脏生化检验指标的对照分析,了解妊娠期高血压疾病患者肾功能受损情况,从而为临床治疗提供有价值的参考。方法:对120例妊娠期高血压疾病患者进行肾脏多普勒超声检查及部分生化指标检验。结果:①子痫前期重度患者肾脏多普勒超声肾动脉收缩期血流峰值流速(Vs)、阻力指数(RI)、S/D比值及尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)和尿酸(UA),明显高于正常对照组,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),且与病情呈正相关。妊娠期高血压重度孕妇肾脏体积略增大,实质回声明显增强,高于肝脾回声,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。②子痫前期轻度患者上述指标与正常对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肾脏多普勒超声改变及BUN、Cr、UA与妊娠期高血压疾病有明显相关性,且与疾病程度呈正相关。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the renal impairment in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy through the comparative analysis of renal ultrasound and renal biochemical test indicators, so as to provide a valuable reference for clinical treatment. Methods: 120 cases of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy were examined by Doppler ultrasound and some biochemical indexes. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) and was positively correlated with the disease. The gestational hypertension severe pregnant women kidney volume slightly increased, the real echo was significantly enhanced, higher than the liver and spleen echo, but no significant difference (P> 0.05). ② mild pre-eclampsia patients with the above indicators compared with the normal control group was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Renal Doppler ultrasound changes and BUN, Cr, UA and pregnancy-induced hypertension are significantly correlated, and with the degree of disease was positively correlated.
