1995年对本省繁育或应用实验动物的12个单位的9份鼠饲料和10份兔饲料进行微生物学检测。结果,鼠饲料中菌落总数超标的占22%,霉菌总数超标的占33%;兔饲料中菌落总数超标的占50%,霉菌总数超标的占90%;两者均未检出沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌。用不同剂量的60Co对兔饲料进行了灭菌试验。结果表明,经5或6kGy60Co辐照后兔饲料的微生物学质量能达到GB14924-94的要求。
In 1995, microbiological tests were performed on 9 rat feed and 10 rabbit feed from 12 units of breeding or application experimental animals in the province. As a result, the total number of colonies in rat feed exceeded 22% and the total number of molds exceeded 33%. The total number of colonies in rabbit feed exceeded 50% and the total number of molds exceeded 90%. Neither Salmonella nor Escherichia coli . Different doses of 60Co were used to sterilize the rabbit feed. The results showed that the microbiological quality of rabbit feed after irradiation with 5 or 6kGy60Co reached the requirement of GB14924-94.
