对L415/316L复合管进行了充氩和免充氩焊接,采用电化学测试、挂片实验和电子探针对接头内壁耐蚀性和化学成分进行了分析。结果表明,管径、是否采用氩气保护焊接影响焊缝内壁的耐蚀性,小管径及充氩焊接接头的耐蚀性具有优于大管径及免充氩焊接接头的耐蚀性的趋势。腐蚀速率表明,管径、是否采用氩气保护对焊接接头的耐蚀性影响较小。与复合管的内衬层相比,不锈钢层的主要元素变化不大,保证了焊缝良好的耐蚀性。从耐蚀性角度,免充氩焊接工艺满足L415/316L复合管工程应用要求,可以代替充氩焊接。
The L415 / 316L composite tube was filled with argon and argon-free argon, and the corrosion resistance and chemical composition of the inner wall of the joint were analyzed by electrochemical test, coupon test and electronic probe. The results show that the pipe diameter, whether the use of argon protection welding affect the corrosion resistance of the inner wall of the weld, small diameter and argon-filled welded joint corrosion resistance is superior to large diameter and argon-free welded joint corrosion resistance trend. The corrosion rate indicates that the diameter of the tube and whether or not argon protection is used have a minor effect on the corrosion resistance of the welded joint. Compared with the inner lining of the composite pipe, the main elements of the stainless steel layer have little change, which ensures the good corrosion resistance of the weld. From the perspective of corrosion resistance, argon-free welding process to meet the L415 / 316L composite pipe engineering applications, can replace argon welding.
