为了适应医疗保险制度改革的需要，提高用药的合理性，我院与某软件公司合作开发了一套处方管理的软件，并用于门诊药房管理。软件主要功能：一是应用不同颜色审查公费医疗处方①限制公费医疗用药范围；②限制处方用药量；③限制处方总金额。二是审查处方合理用药。三是审查不规范处方。四是用药品种限制。五是建立处方档案。门诊药房通过软件管理后，划价准确率提高，杜绝了超金额、超范围和不合理的处方，公费医疗费用下降，提高了门诊医疗质量。
In order to adapt to the needs of the reform of the medical insurance system and improve the rationality of medication, our hospital developed a set of prescription management software in cooperation with a software company and used it for outpatient pharmacy management. The main functions of the software: First, the use of different colors to review public medical prescriptions 1 limit the scope of public medical medication; 2 limit the amount of prescription drugs; 3 limit the total amount of prescription. The second is to review prescriptions for rational drug use. The third is to review non-standard prescriptions. Fourth, the use of drug species restrictions. Fifth, establish a prescription file. After the outpatient pharmacy was managed through software, the accuracy of price allocation was increased, excess prescriptions, over-range and unreasonable prescriptions were eliminated, public medical expenses decreased, and the quality of outpatient care was improved.
