结合闸电燃气轮机运行的实践,对GE公司燃气轮机转子寿命和检修规程进行了分析,指出了其局限性.在常规的燃气轮机转子维修周期计算方法的基础上,针对电网要求的AGG调峰运行方式,提出了1种新的变负荷运行维修系数的计算模型.根据该模型推算出的转子维修周期,通过该电厂2台机组的运行和维修实践,验证了算法的正确性.同时,详细地分析了AGG运行方式对燃气轮机主要部件寿命的影响,提出了建议减轻燃气轮机AGG运行强度的理论依据.
Combining with the operation of the gas turbine, the gas turbine rotor life and maintenance procedures of GE Company are analyzed and their limitations are pointed out. On the basis of the conventional gas turbine rotor maintenance cycle calculation method and AGG peak regulation operation mode required by the grid, A new calculation model of variable load operation and maintenance factor is proposed.According to the rotor maintenance cycle calculated by the model, the correctness of the algorithm is verified by the operation and maintenance practices of the two units in the power plant.At the same time, AGG operating mode on the main components of gas turbine life, proposed a theoretical basis to reduce the operating strength of gas turbine AGG.
