钛合金具有比重小、强度高、耐高温、耐腐蚀等优良性能。从五十年代起钛合金变形件就广泛用于飞机、导弹、火箭及化工设备等方面,而钛合金铸件的应用还是近十余年发展起来的。由于高温下钛的高度活性,钛的熔炼浇铸和造型工艺都有它的特殊性,其生产工艺还不成熟。但现代尖端技术对钛铸件的需求日益增长,该项技术在八十年代将有较大发展。 本文作者周彦邦、甘敬林二同志于1979年赴西德海拉斯公司、钛铝公司等企业,对钛精铸工艺进行了考察。在出国考察报告的基础上,作者又查阅了国外大量资料,综合介绍了铸钛技术的国外最新情况,具有一定的参考价值。
