0.01~0.11kGy剂量的γ-射线照射萌动洋葱,对洋葱在贮藏期的过氧化物酶、细胞色素氧化酶活性、总Vc、还原型Vc及脱氢Vc含量进行测定和分析,并结合辐照抑制萌动洋葱芽生长效果,对几项生化指标在辐照洋葱贮藏期间变化原因及在代谢中的作用进行了讨论。
The peroxidase, cytochrome oxidase activity, total Vc, reduced Vc and dehydrogenated Vc of onion in the storage period were measured and analyzed by γ-ray irradiation with 0.01-0.11kGy dose. The effects of irradiation on the growth of onion buds were studied. The changes of several biochemical indexes during storage of irradiated onion and their roles in metabolism were discussed.
