一谈起中小学美育,人们往往就想到音乐、美术等美育基础课程。固然,音乐、美术是学校美育的重要途径,但审美教育决不是艺术教育的同义词,美还应包括对学生基础美学知识的普及和学生心灵、语言、行为等方面素质的提高。蔡元培先生曾说:“凡是学校所有的课程,都没有与美育无关的”。这说明美育是各门学科的共同任务。
When talking about aesthetic education in primary and secondary schools, people often think of basic courses in aesthetic education such as music and fine arts. Of course, music and fine arts are important ways for aesthetic education in schools, but aesthetic education is by no means synonymous with art education. The United States should also include the popularization of students’ basic aesthetic knowledge and the improvement of students’ psyche, language, and behavior. Cai Yuanpei once said: “Every school curriculum has nothing to do with aesthetic education.” This shows that aesthetic education is the common task of all disciplines.
