本文提出了一种按电路功能建立并划分直流故障字典,分步实施故障定位的模拟电路故障诊断方法。该方法是在构成整个电路直流故障字典时,通过对电路的分析并结合对故障字典的计算机辅助分析,按电路功能将故障字典划分为若干相互独立的故障小字典,对应不同的电路区域。实时诊断中,先故障区域再故障元件,分步实施故障定位,减少了测试点,提高了实时故障诊断的效率。此方法适用于包含多功能块的大规模电路网络的故障诊断。
In this paper, a fault diagnosis method for analog circuits based on circuit functions to establish and classify DC fault dictionary and implement fault location step by step is presented in this paper. The method is based on the analysis of the circuit combined with the computer aided analysis of the fault dictionary when the entire DC fault dictionary is formed. The fault dictionary is divided into a plurality of independent fault dictionaries according to the circuit functions, corresponding to different circuit regions. Real-time diagnosis, the first fault area and then fault components, step-by-step implementation of fault location, reducing the test point and improve the efficiency of real-time fault diagnosis. This method is suitable for troubleshooting large-scale circuit networks with multi-function blocks.
