大面积烧伤是指烧伤总面积占体表面积的80%以上或Ⅲ度烧伤面积在50%以上~([1])。大面积烧伤术后低体温会激发交感神经兴奋,致使代谢及储备消耗增加,而引起代谢、水电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱,造成脏器功能不全、免疫功能下降、凝血功能障碍等并发症,促使患者病情加重甚至死亡。通过对我科65例大面积烧伤术后低体温的相关因素进行分析、探讨,总结了相关的护理对策。1临床资料2013年1月至2015年12月我科共收治的大面积烧伤行
