给排水系统的消毒处理部分是植物隔离检疫温室生物安全性的重要保障,可防止有害生物随水发生逃逸,或产生交叉污染,对于保证试验的可靠性、准确性以及确保生态安全具有重要的意义。本文根据负压型植物隔离检疫温室的特点设计了给排水系统,其消毒处理部分采用砂石沉淀、活性炭、反渗透、超滤、紫外和臭氧等多种方式消毒处理有害生物,初步建立了给排水系统的生物安全评价指标。试验检测结果表明,消毒处理部分可有效处理全部有害生物,符合实验室生物安全要求。
The disinfection part of the water supply and drainage system is an important guarantee for the biological safety of plants in quarantine greenhouse, which can prevent pests from escaping with water or cross-contamination, which is of great significance for ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the test and ensuring ecological safety . In this paper, the water supply and drainage system was designed according to the characteristics of the greenhouse with isolation and quarantine of negative pressure plants. The disinfection part of the plant was treated with sand sedimentation, activated carbon, reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, ultraviolet and ozone disinfection of pests, Biosecurity evaluation index of drainage system. Test results show that the disinfection part of the effective treatment of all pests, in line with laboratory biosafety requirements.
