将原来常规割胶的橡胶树改作如下处理:(1)乙烯利刺激针刺采胶,受机械损伤、乙烯利刺激和排胶8个因素的影响。(2)不施乙烯利针刺,排胶量极少,仅受机械损伤的影响。(3)停割施乙烯利,仅受乙烯利刺激的影响。(4)停割,对照。结果表明,乙烯利刺激针刺采胶树形成层在实验期间新产生的韧皮部细胞中乳管的比例明显增大,而不施乙烯利针刺和停割施乙烯利的胶树乳管的比例与对照树比较没有明显差别。这说明排胶促进乳管分化,而单独机械损伤和乙烯利刺激对乳管分化没有什么作用。
