近几年的夏秋季节,红眼病(流行性角膜结膜炎)曾在一些地方流行。因为角膜同时受侵犯,大多数病人眼疼、羞明、流泪等症状甚为明显,妨碍劳动生产。本病用一般抗菌素制剂点眼治疗。效果均不理想。我们试用鸡眼草熏洗法治疗,收到显著效果。多数病人用药一、二次症状即明显减轻,3～4次即可治愈。甚至有的病人只用药一次病就痊愈。此药在农村几乎到处可见,病人自采自用,符合不花钱治好病
