介绍目前轮式装载机前桥和前车架连接支座常见的几种结构形式,包括前车架支座、前桥安装支座以及支座上加强筋板的结构形式,分析这些结构的优缺点。为研究加强筋板对该结构强度和刚度的影响,对4种典型的加强筋板形式进行三维建模和有限元分析,给出它们的应力和变形分布规律。结果显示:与普通三角形筋板相比,弧边三角形筋板能显著提高支座强度,减小焊缝失效的可能性;箱型筋板结构能够为支座提供更好的强度和刚度。

In order to study the influence of reinforcing ribs on the strength and rigidity of the structure, the four kinds of typical stiffener plates are modeled and analyzed by finite element method and their stress and deformation distribution are given. The results show that, compared with the normal triangular rib, the triangular rib stiffener can significantly improve the bearing strength and reduce the possibility of weld failure. The box rib structure can provide better strength and rigidity for the bearing.
