1987年,我县在深入开展“双增双节’运动中,努力抓好节约“两费”(即车间经费和企业管理费)支出,降低产品成本,取得了较好的经济效益。预算内国营工业企业实现工业总产值4601万元,比上一年增长46.56%,实现利润总额1205.03万元,比上年增长96.84%,全年可比产品或本比上年下降2.05%,达到了中央提出的工业企业要降低生产成本2%的要求,其中节减“两费”支出108.09万元。我们在控制产品成本,推行节约“两费”支出的具体做法和体会是:
