患儿,男,8岁,因“右腹股沟区可复性包块2年余,疼痛伴发热、恶心、呕吐1d”收入院。查体:一般情况稍差,T38.0℃,P90次/min,R20次/min,BP110/70mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133kPa),神志清楚,全身浅表淋巴结无肿大,心、肺(-);腹部平坦,未见胃肠形及蠕动波,右腹股沟区扪及一约5cm×2cm×1.5cm
