对复方降脂胶囊进行了定性定量研究。显微方法鉴别红花;薄层色谱法对照药材鉴别决明子; HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相,甲醇-5mmol/L柠檬酸水溶液一异丙醇(25: 75:2)为流动相,紫外检测波长 240 nm,芍药苷与其它杂质得到有效分离。回收率为100.52%,RSD=1.92%,测定结果所用药材赤芍中芍药苷的含量为4.46%,三批样品的平均含量为 12. 69 mg/g,暂定芍药苷的含量在 10.14 mg/g以上。
Qualitative and quantitative study of compound lipid-lowering capsules was conducted. Identification of safflower by microscopic methods; identification of cassia seed by thin layer chromatography; determination of paeoniflorin content by HPLC, octadecylsilane bonded silica gel stationary phase, methanol-5mmol/L citric acid aqueous solution-isopropanol (25 : 75:2) for the mobile phase, UV detection wavelength 240 nm, peonidine and other impurities are effectively separated. The recovery was 100.52%, RSD=1.92%. The determination results were as follows: the content of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Rubra was 4.46%, the average content of three batches was 12.69 mg/g, and the Paeoniflorin was tentatively determined. The content is more than 10.14 mg/g.
