Objective: To investigate the safety and clinical effect of removing scab after 24h deep wound burn wounds. Methods: Twelve patients with deep second degree burn who had undergone tare scabbing operation and underwent tamper callus treatment within 24 hours after injury were selected as the experimental group. 14 cases with similar conditions were routinely excised and scabbings were performed 4 to 6 days after injury Deep second degree burn patients as control group. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the volume of fluid during shock and the shock signs in shock stage. The wound healing days in the experimental group were (19.08 + 5.31) days, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (29.36 ± 7.03) days (P <0.01) ). At the same time, the urinary volume of the experimental group increased significantly during the shock period, and the body temperature and heart rate of the recovery period were significantly improved compared with the control group. Conclusion: It is safe to cut scab in deep second degree burn wounds within 24 hours and shorten the average wound healing days.
