管理行为离不开管理思维,管理思维是管理的根本。泰罗的科学管理理论产生将近100年了,而我国很多企业的管理水平依旧停留在简单、粗暴、落后的管理状态,企业难以获得持续、健康发展,其中的根源就在于管理思维的落后。培养我国企业管理者的制度化管理思维、系统管理思维、分权管理思维和战略管理思维具有重大的现实意义。
Management behavior is inseparable from the management thinking, management thinking is the fundamental management. Taylor’s theory of scientific management came into being for nearly 100 years. However, the management level of many Chinese enterprises still stays in a simple, rude and backward management state, and it is difficult for enterprises to achieve sustained and healthy development. The root cause lies in the backwardness of management thinking. It is of great practical significance to cultivate the institutional management thinking, systematic management thinking, decentralized management thinking and strategic management thinking of Chinese enterprise managers.
